so my manager told me many times that i should start opening up about my financial situation more.

today i’m working on my ‘october deficit’ – basically, i’m making a list of payments this month that i can’t afford. it includes my rent and other urgent matters like phone bills, electricity bills and monthly debt returns. when such s(h)ituations happen, my management helps me covering those costs, for which i am endlessly grateful. but the question is – is this how an artist with 20 years of experience and loyal audience should live? and another question comes up – why have we ended up here?
