Putin said that there is an option under consideration, where people who graduated from any university where they studied for free would not be able to leave Russia until they pay back the money spent on their education – either by directly paying the money back or working the corresponding amount of years. First they want to do it for medical students. The option of just paying decent money to people to make them stay in Russia has its own flows, says Putin.

Wait, did we sign any credit agreements before entering universities? And why does he behave as if this money was his own property? Let’s remember that this money is taken from the taxes, paid by people for people, not from this corrupt bottomless pocket where people’s money disappear forever. 

It breaks my heart to see these monsters do whatever comes to their sick minds and people of Russia just swallowing this or, even more true, not knowing what’s going on.
